Gut
(Yeast) Intestinal infections or irritable bowel syndrome
(Leaky Gut)
|
People may not know this
but alot of medical conditions can be due
to Intestinal infections,
however some may not even be related to an
infection in the intestine and this needs
to be diagnosed by a
doctor.
It could
be you have one of many medical conditions
that are intestinal related and it is best
to consult your doctor for proper
diagnosis.
Intestinal
Infections are often and
mostly overlooked by people
who
have the
condition as a common cause of intestinal
or abdominal pain and can be overlooked by
doctors as well.

Intestinal
infections can be attributed to many health
problems (Example below) and is
not easy to diagnose as your doctor may
say that it is simply
a food allergy or diet.
Your
Doctor could say it
needs
further investigation and they will
send you to a specialist Doctor for
proper diagnosis.
It is quite normal for
yeast or Candida Albicans to live in your
body, and under normal conditions the good
bacteria in your body keep the yeast in
balance, however when there is an imbalance
in your body the yeast can overpower the
good bacteria and that is when it grows out
of control and can start to be a real
problem for you.

Causes of Intestinal Yeast
Infections
I have listed some causes for
intestinal yeast infections below that I have found while
researching my own yeast infection cure.
-Unrefined sugars
(chocolate, white sugar, white rice, white flour)
-Steroids for skin infections
like Seborrheic dermatitis, eczema, or psoriasis.
-Steroids for conditions such
as rheumatoid arthritis.
-chemotherapy and radiation
treatment
-Some oral
contraceptives
-Some ulcer medications and
reflux medications
-Prolonged use of antibiotics
(Especially in children)
-genetic predisposition to
having the condition
-Overeating
Yeast loves sugar and thrives
on it.
This is why you may have
cravings for sugar and this can lead to overeating.
It is important to realise
this as it is a big factor in controlling any yeast
infection.
Please look at our Yeast
infection diet page for more diet
information.
Take a look at the pictures
below and you will understand how an intestinal yeast infection can grow out of
control.
This is normal yeast growing
in the intestines

Now take a look at an out of
control
intestinal yeast
infection.

Imagine this clogging up
your intestines
and other parts of your
body.
Irritable bowel syndrome and Leaky gut
Syndrome
If you have a intestinal yeast
infection you can not help but suspect that you also have
Irritable Bowel syndrome (IBS) or Leaky gut
syndrome.
One in five people will
have IBS symptoms at some time in their life.
However, it is very likely that you have an intestinal yeast
infection.
Your doctor may even dismiss this as not important or that you
are
just complaining about nothing, but for millions of people who
have
any type of intestinal condition maybe like yourself, you know
it is
no laughing matter and can cause alot of pain or
discomfort.
Candidiasis and intestinal
infections have also been found to be linked to Chronic Fatigue
Syndrome.
Is an intestinal yeast
infection dangerous?
Yeast excretes enzymes and
harmful and dangerous toxins while feeding on the sugar in the
body .
At first there will not seem
to be a problem and it can take weeks or months to get to the
point where you just do not feel well
anymore no matter
what you do.
These toxins and enzymes pass
into the blood and surrounding tissue walls and stick to the
tissue in the body like glue. The toxins invade the intestinal tract by
finding microscopic holes in your intestines hence the
condition of leaky gut and irritable syndrome.
Having this condition over a
long period of time can be
detrimental to
your health.
The toxins can literally leak
into your body by permeating the intestinal wall and surrounding tissue and
cause any number of symptoms and long term problems.
Symptoms can include..
Abdominal pain and
cramps
Bloating
Sugar cravings
Feeling fatigued after
eating
Continually being hungry or
lack of appetite
Diarrhea and
constipation
Heartburn
Prostititus or prostate
problems
Mood swings
Memory problems
Itching and rashes around the
anus
Urinary infections
Brain fog (Unclear
thoughts)
Treatment and
cure
Your Doctor may go through the
motions of prescribing certain medications, creams or antibiotics
but after careful research I
have found that
the best treatment and cure is a holistic and natural
approach.
Why?
Well, why cover up the
symptoms and not treat the cause?
Once you understand why this
is happening and how and what you need to
do to naturally treat
the condition you will see the light at the end of the
tunnel.
